Domäne Wachau Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Terrassen is made from 100% fully ripe Grüner Veltliner grapes. After careful selection of the best grapes, pressing takes place in pneumatic tank presses to preserve the quality of the grapes. The must then undergoes controlled fermentation and ages in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and freshness. After aging, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
